The Shed – Santa Fe, NM

The Shed is a family owned dining institution since 1953 and just East of The Plaza in Santa Fe.

I read several reviews that said the wait could be over an hour, so we enjoyed shopping in The Plaza and hovered in the courtyard for the doors to open.

The Shed is known for their blue corn enchiladas so I had to partake and ordered it “Christmas Style” which is both red and green chili sauce.

Their house margarita ($7.75) was delicious with freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice and wasn’t too sweet.

We both agreed this wasn’t the best food on the trip but we had excellent service and enjoyed patio dining.
